My Story

My journey officially started my senior year at Hillgrove High School. I had the marvelous experience of shadowing  Broadcast Meteorologist Kelly Cass at The Weather Channel for my senior project.

I took a slight turn and completed my BS in Pastoral Ministries at CFNI in Texas. My passion for meteorology returned me to Georiga as I attended KSU for Geography. I later transferred to the University of Georgia in the spring of 2023 to pursue Atmospheric Science.

The advantage of moving all over the country has given me the best experiences. While living in Massachusetts for most of my life, Hurricane Sandy impacted me. When I moved to Texas I encountered winter storms and arctic outbreaks such as the 2021 Winter Storm Uri and the 2022 Winter Storm Elliot. My apartment flooded and caught on fire due to these events. So you could say severe weather has immediately impacted my life in many ways.

I enjoy visiting coffee shops, cooking, listening to country and dancing, and getting involved with the UGA Brazilian and AMS communities.  Anticipated graduation December 2025.
