Good afternoon, WeatherDawgs enjoyers!

We're kicking off the week with a spectacular start following up an Easter weekend that saw well above-average temperatures and sunshine. Today has been much of the same as temperatures across the state punched into the 80s this afternoon, but if you've looked up, you will have noticed a severe lack of any clouds. Tonight, we should dip down into the low 60s.

Beginning tonight and into the morning hours tomorrow we will see a pattern change as the clouds will begin to wash the sun out, and we will see an increased chance for scattered showers. Those should be intermittent in nature but will seek to interrupt some outdoor activities. In addition, we unfortunately have chances of rain every day for the rest of the work week, as scattered showers are going to be plaguing us for this entire period, so keep that in mind as you're going through your week. High temperatures will also be hanging right around 80, and lows should dip to around 60 for the remainder of the week.

Stay dry out there, Dawg Nation!

Jacob Peace
